Postage & Return Policy

Orders

Branded Household accepts payment through Paypal and Credit Cards. Once an order has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase. Payment must be received within 2 working days of purchase, however, if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then the order will be cancelled.

Order Cancellation Requests

You are able to cancel any order after placing the order (subjecting that they have not been packed and sent into trailer ready for delivery). Orders that need to be cancelled can be done so by contacting us on info@brandedhousehold.co.uk

Please place order number in return so that the return can be allocated accurately.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@brandedhousehold.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if it was damaged or wrong item sent, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Charges will be £3.99 for orders under £39.99 and weighing less than 10 kgs. We offer free shipping for orders over £40, weighing up to 10 kgs.

For Next Day Delivery Shipping Charges will be £4.99 for orders under £39.99 and weighing less than 10 kgs.
